Terms and Conditions
We aim to deliver your brownies within 48 hours of recieving your order. All orders are sent Monday-Friday by Royal Mail first or second class delivery. If we don't have all of your specified flavours available that day, we will ensure to either send an alternative flavour or if requested, they will be sent the following day the flavour is baked.
Orders are usually sent same day (Monday to Friday) if recieved before 10am and stock is available. If not this will be sent the next working day. No orders are sent out on a Saturday.
Courier options are also available, this must be specified at checkout if you have a preferred day of delivery. Please leave comments in the comments box.
In the unlikely occurance that you are not completely satisfied with your brownies, please let us know as soon as possible what the issue is and return the parcel to us within 3 days. We will then check the issue and send out an alternative parcel for you. We do not offer refunds once purchased.
If you wish to cancel your order completely, you must let us know by 12pm the same day otherwise your order will be ready to be shipped.
Financial details entered on this site during the payment process will not be stored or shared by The Brownie Bar or with any third party organisations.
